DAY 19: WHAT DO YOU THINK OF RELIGION? OR WHAT DO YOU THINK OF POLITICS

I will talk about religion!!
I think religion is important if you believe in a faith!! I am a Christian but I don't go church every Sunday, I go a few times a year but I know how important it is like the traditions are implemented in my family and I learned a lot in the RE lessons in school that I grow up with.  I didn't just learn about Christianity, I learnt about Buddhism, Islam, Judaism etc etc.  This is important because I am now familiar with these faiths and now the beliefs put in.  In Year 9-11, I specialised in Christianity and Islam and learnt about everything from view on marriage to views on abortion and drugs which I found really interesting because I got to see new opinions.
I think all children should learn about these faiths! Some parents may not allow their child to learn about religion which is ok because it is their beliefs and everyone is allowed their own choice, especially when it comes to their child. But when the children do learn about religion, they should be fun lesssons and try to celebrate all faith traditions as it will be equal among the students.

That is what I think about religion :)
