Sorry for the wait... but still updating on a Thursday so you know, you can't complain! ;)

How long talking before meet: We were talking for 2 weeks prior to date, it took me like 6 months to trust online dating because of what happened last time! They were quite long texts that were sent every day!!!  We talked about everything again like the other guy but it was more intense and he would never leave me hanging!! 

Where the date was: We were talking about meeting up after the first week we started talking and agreed on Cafe Rouge near where I lived!! We pretty much talked about meeting up like every day since and how excited we were!!

Good looking: 6/10

What was he like:  Friend zone was sooo nice!! He was polite made good conversation! He paid which I liked! Ironically it was his first date as well so we were both a bit shy!  As it was my first meet with any online guy I was nervous, but he was really easy going and talked a lot! That I wasn't used to because I usually talk 24/7, but it was a nice change!!!

How the date went:  Well for starters he was like an hour late but I knew he was in traffic even after leaving extra early! He even sent a picture and was so annoyed so I didn't hold it against him!!  Overall the date went fine, I felt all we spoke about was what we texted each other and didn't really broaden the subjects! It also felt as if we were just going to be friends and no more but I wasn't 100%.  That night we texted to make another date for the week after, so I could actually see if it was going to go anywhere, but then that Friday he was having family issues so we were going to reschedule and that week after he became very distant.  Two weeks later after still talking but not much, I asked if he wanted to meet again and he said he wanted to focus on himself.

Overall satisfaction: 5/10... bit of a let down for the second date.  I mean I understand having to look after yourself as I had to do that this year but I still made time to date! It was a nice getaway where you don't think about it!

How long talking to: July 2014-August 2014

When it stopped: Just before September

What we talked about: We talked every single day, about anything and everything and when it stopped ( will let you know why in next heading I was so surprised!) He was the first guy to message me, he was Greek which was what I really wanted to be honest! Seemed really nice he owned a garage but also worked part time in Sainsburys while building up his business... of course how much can you believe without meeting a guy online aha!  He wasn't the best texter to be honest and he even admitted that but when he was talking we had good convos, about what we liked, didn't like, our beliefs, family, work! We covered most topics and of course because we talked everyday we became more comfortable with each other!

Why it didn't work: Now comes the big reveal about why it didn't work!  So the time had come to meet up after about 4 weeks of talking... we arranged to meet on a Friday at 4 in the town starbucks for a coffee... so public- check, time- check, place- check! All things a go getting nervous but excited to finally put a name to face when behold that evening I get a text from him to say that he had a family emergancy and that he was sorry but couldn't make it and would text after weekend. Fair enough didn't see anything wrong, oh how naive I was! Weekend goes, still no text, gets to Thursday thought I would send a how are you everything good text... no answer so after that I deleted him and never actually heard from him again!

I don't actually know what happened, whether he got scared, or he already had a girlfriend.. we will never know!!!!

So there it is, post one done a bit late but you know what doesn't matter it is still up! The next post might be late again as busy Thursday... maybe Wednesday instead??
